All original beautiful sounding Martin
guitar made in 1946. The serial number is 94802.
This guitar is in very good condition with no issues. This is the
all mahogany steel string model 00-17. The only thing not original
are the ebony and pearl bridge pins.
The action is perfect and there is room to go down on the saddle for
future adjustment if needed.
It was stored without string tension for years. The top and the
sides are crack free and there are a couple of
small 3 to 4 inch cracks on the back towards the bottom bout. The
frets are not very worn and look to be original. There is no buzzing
and the finger board is nice and straight.
It is difficult to find an old vintage acoustic that does not need a
neck re-set and does not have any structural issues.
