A very clean example of a Gibson arch-top during the classic period of Gibson production (1920's through 1945) This model was the standard affordable arch-top of the time by Gibson, and they are really beautiful instruments to look at. These arch-top guitars fell out of favor with a lot of players switching to dread-nought style guitars after the 1930's, but these are still sought after by jazz players looking for that particular dry crisp sound that is distinctively different from a dread-nought tone.
